How long will my order take to ship?

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

What is the difference between production time and delivery time?

Processing/Production time is the time that it takes to print your custom item (e.g. 2-5 business days). Shipping time is the time that the courier takes to deliver it after production.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No, not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii may have longer shipping times (possibly 7-12 additional days) compared to the contiguous US.

What is your return policy? 

All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means we generally do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will happily provide a free replacement or a refund. Here’s how to report an issue: contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received. This is required for us to process a replacement or refund with our print provider. There is no need to return the damaged or incorrect item. Once we confirm the issue, we will process a replacement order or a refund, which should appear in your account 5-10 days after approval on our end.

If your tshirt sizes are Unisex, how do I know my correct size?

All of our tshirt sizes are in Unisex at this time. Unisex sizes are generally comparable to men’s sizes. We’ve found that a good conversion for women is:

Unisex S = Women’s M

Unisex M = Women's L

Unisex L = Women's XL

Unisex XL = Women's 2XL

Unisex 2XL = Women's 3XL

A good rule of thumb: The typical size that you’d wear in Women’s sizes will be the equivalent to the next size down in Unisex. Please double check the size chart to ensure that the tshirt will fit to your liking.
